FA strongman joins Fifa

LONDON: Outgoing Football Association chairman David Bernstein has joined Fifa's new anti-racism and discrimination task force. Bernstein, who steps down in July, will join a group that contains AC Milan midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng and is headed by Fifa vice president Jeffrey Webb. The task force will meet for the first time tomorrow. Bernstein said: "Anti-discrimination is a subject that is close to my heart and something that, in England, we have been keen to address with the FA-led Inclusion and Anti-Discrimination Action Plan involving the whole domestic game." - AP
