‘Congestion charges can cut KL traffic by 20pc’

IMPOSING congestion charges could reduce traffic by up to 20 per cent in Kuala Lumpur, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Dr Zaliha Mustafa.
