NEVER mind if your favourite song or what you thought was one of the better songs did not come out tops in the Juara Lagu '91 contest, carried live over TV3 last Sunday. Even Rahim Othman must have been surprised that his composition Takdir Dan Waktu, sung by rock group Mega, won first place. Just before the final, Rahim told reporters that he did not stand a chance; he regarded his best to be Rela, sung by Tila.
