KOTA BARU, Fri. - Semangat 46 has expelled two of its party stalwarts for expressing a lack of confidence in the party's struggle, its president Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah said. The decision to expel Haji Mazlan Datuk Harun and Haji Fahmi Ibrahim was made at an extraordinary meeting of the party's supreme council on Tuesday, he said.
