Oldest club Penang facing new wave kids

THE 10th National Inter-Club swimming Championships starting today at the KL Swimming Complex in Cheras, will see a unique tussle between the oldest and newest swimming clubs in Malaysia. For the first time in 10 years, the Penang Chinese Swimming Club (PCSC) established in the 1920s, is strongly challenged by the newly-established Kuala Lumpur SC for the Tan Sri Ong Kee Hui Trophy. According to Royal Lake Club organising secretary A. Daud Su, PCSC are sending 36 swimmers while KLSC are sending 80, the largest team.
