CHRISTINE Hakim is late. Ridiculously late. Even by Malaysian standards, this is outrageous. Two hours of twiddling my thumbs - the scenic view of a Balinese-style infinity pool overlooking the plush golf course notwithstanding - and I am ready to take off.
