Rising foreign holdings sign of investor confidence

KUALA LUMPUR: Increasing foreign holdings is a clear signal of foreign investors' confidence in the Malaysian capital market, and is made possible through sound implementation of corporate governance, says Retirement Fund Inc (KWAP) chief executive officer Datuk Wan Kamaruzaman Wan Ahmad.
