Inari, Taipei firm terminate MoU

KUALA LUMPUR: Inari Amertron Bhd had yesterday announced the failure to form a joint-venture entity (JVE) with Taipei-listed semiconductor firm PCL Technologies Inc for purposes of providing outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) services with particular focus on front-end OSAT services. "Inari and PCL have decided jointly and mutually to terminate the memorandum of understanding and hence negotiations with respect to the formation of the JVE have ceased," said the group in a filing.
