Lafarge Malaysia appoints new CEO

KUALA LUMPUR: Lafarge Malaysia Bhd has announced the appointment of Mario Gross as president and chief executive officer effective April 1, succeeding Thierry Legrand. Gross, 39, has 15 years of global experience in the construction material business, holding senior roles in Germany, China, Thailand and Switzerland. He will join Lafarge Malaysia from Sika AG. "I am confident that with Gross' experience and leadership, he will take Lafarge Malaysia to the next level of growth," said Legrand.
