M&G unit bags RM7.3m contracts

KUALA LUMPUR: Marine & General Bhd's (M&G) unit, Jasa Merin (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, bagged two contracts from ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc (EMEPMI) to provision two straight supply vessels with accommodation (SSV) worth RM7.3 million. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said the contracts, commencing this month, were for a primary duration of four months, with an option for EMEPMI to extend them for an additional six months.
