Ho Hup, Kosma in JV for Kuantan project

KUALA LUMPUR: Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd yesterday signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with Koperasi Serbausaha Makmur Bhd (Kosma) to develop a RM180 million mixed commercial project in Kuantan. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, Ho Hup said the project comprised a seven-storey hotel, three commercial office floors, a block of 23-storey serviced apartments, car parks and retail shops. The proposed development is located on a 8,129.9 sqm of freehold land in Jalan Teluk Sisek, Kuantan.
