KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd (KPS) is acquiring an integrated electronic manufacturing services company, CPI (Penang) Sdn Bhd, for RM250 million from HK Resources Sdn Bhd and TCS Resources Sdn Bhd.
