Kulim: EPF disposes of 462,400 shares

KUALA LUMPUR: Kulim (Malaysia) Bhd yesterday told Bursa Malaysia that one of its shareholders, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), had disposed of 462,400 ordinary shares in the open market on July 24. These shares represented the EPF's indirect interest in Kulim Bhd. Following the disposal exercise, the financial giant's remaining shareholdings in Kulim stands at 65.59 million shares.
