Historic win for Terengganu

VOLLEYBALL: Terengganu's Under-12 girls created history by winning the MSSM title for the first time by beating Selangor in the final in Kuala Terengganu yesterday. Selangor's Under-12 boys, however, exacted revenge by beating the hosts in the in the final. Selangor claimed the overall titles, after they also finished first in the boys' Under-18 and won the battle for third in the girls' under-18. Terengganu were second overall while Sarawak, who beat Pahang in the girls' Under-18 final, ended up the overall third. By Zainuddin Muhammad
