KUALA LUMPUR: "Balloon Girl" Bilqis Hijjas is seeking for the prosecution to  drop her "insulting behaviour" charge that accused her of releasing yellow  balloons to incite anger among citizens at a shopping mall here on  Merdeka Day. Her intention was conveyed by her counsel, Michelle Yesudas, during mention of the case  yesterday.
