Ninian gets nod to buy remaining shares in MBf

KUALA LUMPUR: MBf Holdings major shareholder Tan Sri Dr Ninian Mogan Lourdenadin will now proceed to compulsorily acquire shares he does not own in the company, after the four companies linked to him received more than the 98.9 per cent shareholding acceptance needed to acquire all the balance shares.
