Single disclosure standards for prospectuses within Asean

KUALA LUMPUR: The securities regulators in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand have implemented the Asean Disclosure Standards Scheme for multi-jurisdiction offerings of equity and plain debt securities in Asean.
