`Ninian's offer irresistible'

KUALA LUMPUR: TAN Sri Dr Ninian Mogan Lourdenadin is making MBf Holdings Bhd shareholders an offer that is impossible to resist while attempting to take it private, considering the stagnant path that the firm will be charting if he does not take over the reins, a source said.
