Youth loses friend in MRR2 accident

KUALA LUMPUR: Two friends who shared the same birth date were involved in an accident, which killed one and seriously injured the other, at the Middle Ring Road 2 highway near Kepong here yesterday. Sikandar Hayat Khan Abdul Rahim, 19, was killed on the spot while Muhammad Kamil Hasnafar Ali Khan, 18, was warded at Selayang Hospital. Both were born on Nov 11, one year apart. The duo were heading towards the city in a Toyota Unser about 8am when Sikandar, who was driving, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the road divider. The car then rammed into a lorry parked on the emergency lane.
