Utusan to sell entire 40pc stake in Swan

KUALA LUMPUR: Utusan Melayu (Malaysia) Bhd is selling its entire 40 per cent stake in Swan Malaysia Sdn Bhd to Schwan-STABILO Schwanhäußer Finanzholding GMBH for RM31.8 million cash. The proposed disposal will enable Utusan to realise the gain on its investment of about RM3.62 million.
