MyEG wins RM180m deal from Customs

KUALA LUMPUR: MY E.G. Services Bhd (MyEG) has won a contract estimated at RM180 million from the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. MyEG will undertake the Customs Online Tax Reporting (Electronic Monitoring System - EMS) project, which has a six-year lifespan, starting April 1. The project entails linking up point-of-sales terminals and cash registers of businesses that are subject to Customs' tax collection.
