Chan disposes of 20m shares in Sumatec

KUALA LUMPUR: Sumatec Resources Bhd director Chan Yok Peng has disposed of 20 million shares, which represent a 0.6 per cent stake, at 19 sen a share last Friday. Sumatec said Chan's indirect stake in the company is now down to 109.5 million, or 3.14 per cent.
