TSR to sell all shares in unit to Jajaran Erat

KUALA LUMPUR: TSR Capital Bhd (TSR) is selling its entire stake in TSR Properties Sdn Bhd (TSRP) to Jajaran Erat Sdn Bhd for RM1.9 million. It said the deal involves 2.05 million shares of RM1 each, representing 100 per cent of the total issued and paid-up capital of TSRP. "This will enable TSR to realise the value of its investment and is in line with its overall objective to dispose of its non-core assets and to streamline its operations," it added.
