LBS to pay 6 sen special dividend

KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer LBS Bina Group Bhd has declared a special dividend of six sen per share to be paid on February 6. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, LBS Bina said it had set an ex-date for the special dividend on January 23, with an entitlement date on January 27. This is the second special dividend declared by LBS Bina. The first was on October 18 2013 when it paid a special dividend of eight sen per share. Meanwhile, ML Global Bhd said LBS Bina has acquired 260,000 shares in the open market at 43.3 sen on December 30, while on the next day bought another 450,000 shares at 43.6 sen.
