Aminuddin to helm PDZ for six months

KUALA LUMPUR: PDZ Holdings Bhd has appointed Aminuddin Yusof Lana as its chairman and managing director (MD) to replace Ahmad Nazim Abd Rahman, who vacated the post on Thursday. "Aminuddin, who was formerly a non-executive director, will assume the new post for an interim period of six months from January 1 2015," it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday. Ahmad Nazim will cease to be MD, but will continue to serve as a non-executive director.
