RTD to go on helping elderly get licences

NIBONG TEBAL: The Road Transport Department (RTD) will continue its Satu Komuniti Satu JPJ (SKSJ) programme which helped senior citizens aged 45 and above to obtain licences to ride motorcycles safely and reduce fatal accidents.
