Kawan Food unit partners Hot & Roll

KUALA LUMPUR: Kawan Food Bhd's wholly-owned Kawan Food Confectionery Sdn Bhd has partnered Hot & Roll Holdings Sdn Bhd to operate retail kiosks, restaurants and cafeterias under the brand Hot & Go. In a statement yesterday, Kawan Ku said KFC and Hot & Roll will each have a 50:50 equity in Hot & Go Management Sdn Bhd with a paid-up capital of RM200,000.
