Medan Niaga Satok to have a new look

KUCHING: Medan Niaga Satok near Kubah Ria here will emerge as a vibrant tourism-driven market upon its completion next year. Sarawak Tourism Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg yesterday said the government is committed to the success of the project. "We (the state government) have invested a lot, about RM43 million just for the trading square alone and another RM10 million for upgrading the roads in the area."
