Fitters in jointventure on fibre plant

KUALA LUMPUR: Fitters Diversified Bhd and Johore Tenggara Oil Palm Bhd have formed a 30:70 joint venture to build and operate a plant at Sungai Kachur oil palm estate. Fitters said the joint venture, LPT Biomass Sdn Bhd, will build and operate a dry long fibre plant at the oil palm estate solely owned by Tradewinds Plantation Bhd. LPT Biomass has an issued and paid-up capital of RM100,000.
