Proton start favourites in New Caledonia

ROUND 2 of the Asia Pacific Rally Championship (APRC) moves to the Pacific island of New Caledonia this weekend, with Proton returning not only to a champion's welcome but as clear favourites by virtue of a double podium finish in the rally last season.
