Media Prima selling its business in Ghana

MEDIA Prima Bhd, the country's biggest media group, has signed a deal to sell its business in Ghana for RM8.63 million to focus on local operations. It agreed to sell 90 per cent of TV3 Network Ltd to Media General Ghana Ltd. The deal is due to be completed by the third quarter of 2011, it said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
