Perak Corp sells Impiana Casuarina

PERAK Corp Bhd has sold the Impiana Casuarina Hotel Ipoh in Perak to Impiana Hotel Ipoh Sdn Bhd for RM44 million cash as it wants to buy more productive assets. It plans to diversify into other areas of investment while retaining its hold in hotel management services, it said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
