Time for City Hall to be tough

KUALA LUMPUR: City Hall's recent announcement that it would crack the whip to recover the assessment arrears amounting to RM330 million is timely, but how this amount was accrued in the first place is not exactly rocket science. Debts don't get piled up if collection efforts had been diligent.
