SELAYANG: Pay your assessment fee and you will be rewarded. In a move to encourage more people to pay up, the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) is offering gifts for a limited period. "The gift is for a limited time only and will be given to those who come and pay their arrears at the council headquarters or its nearest branch," said MPS public relations and corporate communications director Mohamad Zin Masoad. He said the council had taken action against errant rate payers since Jan 6. "The drive-through counter has been opened since Jan 5," he said.
