SHAHEILA Abdul Majid better known as Sheila Majid, was born on January 3, 1965. The dimunitive songstress is proof that appearances can be deceptive for she packs a powerful voice that has made her the current best in the business. The reigning Queen of Jazz professes a love for black music and says her childhood was spent listening to funky sounds which have influenced her till today.
