`Too early to speculate on the cause'

TRANSPORT Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik Ling said investigations would be carried out immediately into the Fokker 50 crash and all procedures, including insurance settlement to vicitms, will be finalised as soon as the probe is completed.
