Man gets 40 years’ jail, 24 strokes of the rotan for murdering parents

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court yesterday sentenced an unemployed man to a maximum 40 years in jail and 24 strokes of the rotan for the double murder of his elderly parents in Kampung Sungai Penchala in 2023.
