KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Leong Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with DCAP Digital Sdn Bhd as part of its commitment to support the small and medium enterprises (SME) ecosystem and provide tailored financial solutions. Founded in 2020, DCAP Digital specialises in delivering transparent and fair credit solutions through its comprehensive Lending-as-a-Service platform. The partnership aims to enhance SME lending infrastructure and promote financial inclusion for underbanked communities.
