REVISED SST WILL INCREASE HOME PRICES, SAYS REHDA

KUALA LUMPUR: THE Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (Rehda) Malaysia has warned that the newly imposed six per cent Sales and Service Tax (SST) on construction services will increase operational costs for developers and ultimately drive up home prices.
