SD Property unveils Andara development

KUALA LUMPUR:  Sime Darby Property Bhd (SD Property) has launched Andara, its latest and final landed residential development in the Ara Damansara township.The group said Andara secured an 85 per cent take-up rate during its recent launch. The development spans 1.15ha of freehold land and features three-storey semi-detached homes with generous built-up areas ranging from 4,100 sq ft to 5,112 sq ft for each unit. With a gross development value of RM82.68 million, prices start from about RM4 million.
