MBPJ man: Accused tried to stop me from catching stray dogs

PETALING JAYA: A Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) enforcement officer told the magistrate’s court yesterday that a senior citizen tried to obstruct a dog-catching operation in Taman Kanagapuram in March 2023, which led to an altercation.
