Loke: Ministry to issue statement on UN report

PUTRAJAYA: Transport Minister Anthony Loke said his ministry will issue a statement “soon” on the report released by the United Nations aviation council on Monday, which ruled that Russia was responsible for the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 just short of 11 years ago.
