Sabah 2024 GDP seen at RM84.9b

KUALA LUMPUR: Sabah’s economy is poised for continued growth, with its gross domestic product (GDP) expected to have risen to RM84.9 billion in 2024 from RM83.2 billion in the previous year. Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor credited this to strong collaboration among stakeholders. Following the State Development Action Council meeting at Menara Kinabalu on Tuesday, he emphasised the importance of keeping this momentum to achieve the goals of Hala Tuju Sabah Maju Jaya roadmap.
