New BMI criterion will boost police force’s image, says ex-IGP

KUALA LUMPUR: A new criterion requiring police officers to maintain a body mass index (BMI) of less than 28 for promotion will not only enhance their performance, but also improve the force’s image, former inspector-general of police Tan Sri Musa Hassan said.
