EHB expands footprint to Ipoh

KUALA LUMPUR: EXSIM Hospitality Bhd (EHB) is broadening its property investment footprint in Perak with a new development comprising 420 serviced apartments and four retail units. It has signed a memorandum of understanding with EXSIM Ipoh City Sdn Bhd, which has entered into a joint venture agreement with Liew Yin Yin Land Sdn Bhd to develop 522.45ha in Ipoh. Upon project completion, EHB plans to leverage its expertise through its short-term rental brand, Mana Mana Hospitality, to deliver customer-centric staycations.
