Mandatory certification costly for SMEs, says Samenta

KUALA LUMPUR: The mandatory halal certification, as proposed by the Kelantan government, is “beneficial” but may be costly for small and medium enterprises, said Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Malaysia (Samenta).
