SP Setia to launch Anggun Villa III

KUALA LUMPUR: SP Setia Bhd will be launching Anggun Villa III, the latest phase of its Anggun Villa series, in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, tomorrow. With a total gross development value of RM105.17 million, Anggun Villa III will comprise 30 units of modern, double-storey semi-detached units. These units will have spacious built-ups of 3,951 sq ft, with land areas between 4,058 sq ft and 6,078 sq ft. They will be priced from RM3.38 million to RM3.71 million for Type A, and RM3.39 million to RM3.89 million for Type A(M).
