Taobao beta English interface launched

KUALA LUMPUR: Chinese e-commerce platform Taobao Malaysia has launched a beta version of its English interface to provide a more accessible and user-friendly shopping experience. It said the new interface was developed in response to increasing demand for an English language option. “Malaysia and Singapore are the first markets where Taobao will be introducing this new feature. Powered by advanced artificial intelligence technology, all translations on the platform are automated.
