Cloud-seeding in Kedah and Perak to start today

KUALA LUMPUR: The federal government will carry out cloud-seeding operations in Perak and Kedah from today until Wednesday, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said.
