Bernas begins Smart SBB programme

KUALA LUMPUR: Padiberas Nasional Bhd (Bernas) has kicked off the large-scale smart padi field (Smart SBB) ala Sekinchan programme in Langkawi, Kedah for glutinous rice cultivation.
